Lyrical allows dancers to explore different ways of telling stories and expressing their emotions through movement. Dancers are able to expand their dance vocabulary past technique, push boundaries, and explore through improvisation and/or choreography through music. At Strictly Dance, we require dancers to support their Lyrical class with a Ballet or Jazz class.
