Acro

A combination of dance technique with gymnastic elements. Students will gain strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and confidence as they learn new tricks such as headstands, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and a variety of balances. As the dancers continue to progress with their acrobatics training, they will begin working on tumbling. Acro students will experience the joy of accomplishing their personal goals, with the technique learned in class.
